The Community in Londrina began in 1992 when around 50
of us, who had gathered in Fortaleza, in the state of Ceará,
traveled to the fertile south of Brazil, a well-watered
land where we could plant ourselves and our children (not
to mention gardens and crops) on rich farmland. We arrived
in Londrina with the intention of establishing sustainable
communities with a tribal life rich in the heartfelt traditions
of hard work, unity, and a social life of true brotherly
love.
Since that time we have grown to over 100, consisting of
several families and single men and women, living a simple
life in two separate communities: city and farm. In the
"typical" middle-sized Brazilian city of Londrina, we make
and sell our 100 percent whole-wheat bread, granola and
other baked goods, and handmade beeswax candles in fairs
both "at home" and in other places all over the country,
to support ourselves, and as a way to meet anyone who may
be interested in searching for the Creator with all their
heart, learning a way of life that leads to true peace and
unity with others.
We warmly invite you to visit us or contact us.
